I moved into a condominium apartment developed by . After a few months of living in the condominium, I realized that many things in the building were not being properly managed until now. Although I expressed my concerns and questions to the condo management, I could not get answers. I needed advice. I realized that I had to seek help from elsewhere, and there was nowhere to turn. I was helpless. I made many phone calls to institutions, government offices and lawyers.
However, no one could give me direct answers to my questions or reliable advice. I was not alone. I came to the conclusion that the time has come to have a website dedicated to helping
unit owners and to allow residents an effective means of obtaining information about the neighborhood and the community. I am pleased to inform you that a website is being created whose sole purpose is to provide
unit owners with as much assistance as possible at no cost.
Yes, it’s completely free of charge! As time goes by and we further develop and expand this website, we hope to increase the number of viewers and participants, which in turn, will enable us to gain greater exposure with
unit owners. With large numbers of
unit owners participating, we will soon have the power to influence the Department of Government Services to review and ultimately bring about necessary changes to the

i went to the guard to complain the noise that was coming from the party that day. the guard told me that there were already plenty of homeowners who are complaining. and they already talk to the organizer about the complain but what the orgaizer told the guards were they already have a permit.
i even asked them, what would you do? and they told me, none.
this is what im asking for a standard procedure on this kind of matter.
do the security guards have the same mandate as the police officer?
what would the guards do on a nuisance homeowner?or a party the same as what happened last dec. 23?
what ive seen when i went down was the foreigner singing, i think he is the last man standing during that night.

sana yung pulis na nag-organize ng party na yun ay makapg isip isip at makapagmuni muni sa perwisyong dinulot ng videoke party na yun at bilang isang alagad ng batas at kawani ng gobyerno na sumasahod galing sa buwis ng mga tao ay magiging mabuting ehemplo at hindi perwisyo.

hey mr. nixon, bakit dun mo sa barangay pareklamuhin si mr. obama? hindi ba dapat trabaho ng guards natin na bantayan ang community na ito at panatilihin ang kaayusan dito at ipatupad yung mga house rules? kung ganun ang pag-iisip mo eh di tanggalin nalang natin yang mga guards natin. di ba sa monthly dues natin kinukuha yung pang sweldo sa kanila? so sa tuwing may problema tayo dito, sa barangay nalang tayo pumunta, yan ba ang gusto mo?
